Posing Physique

Competitors will be called up individually and given no longer than 45 secs to showcase their physique. We recommend a mix of front, back and side posing. Audience participation and engagement is not required but it could improve your score. The top 5 male and top 5 females will be called back on stage for a “pose off” as the judges make their final decision. Winners will be announced and handed a check for $3,000 (1st Place) and $2,000 (runner up), a custom jacket, and a trophy.

Appearance: any swimsuit of your choice may be worn. No thongs or bodybuilding posing trunks. High heels are strongly recommended for the ladies and flip flops or sneakers for the men. A spray tan is highly recommended.

Hats, jewelry and minor accessories are ok.

Please arrive at the venue at 3:30pm to check in. Once checked in you are free to mingle once doors open but please be backstage by 4:30
